The information below outlines how key policies are generally managed across our platform. Where artist-specific conditions apply, these will always be clearly displayed at checkout and on the relevant product page prior to purchase.
Shipping
Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the artist responsible for the work. Full shipping details, including estimated delivery timeframes, available destinations, and any associated costs, will be provided at checkout based on the specific artwork selected.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be influenced by production schedules, location of the artist, courier services, and customs processing where applicable.
We will always do our best to support and accommodate reasonable shipping requests. However, final arrangements may depend on the artist’s location and operational capacity.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of limited edition artworks, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported to us within the timeframe specified at checkout or in the order confirmation email, including supporting photographs.
Where a return, replacement, or refund is approved, resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the artist and may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in line with applicable consumer law.
Damage and Transit Issues
Responsibility for artworks during transit depends on the fulfilment arrangement of the specific artist. In most cases, artworks are carefully packaged to industry standards and dispatched directly by the artist or their designated fulfilment partner.
If damage occurs during transit, we will assess the situation in collaboration with the artist and shipping provider. Claims may require photographic evidence and original packaging to be retained for review.
